Orangeburg County Warrant Records Orangeburg County Warrant Records

This is a private reference resource, not an official office that can look up, change, or clear a warrant. Start with the government agency that holds the case. Orangeburg County questions may belong with the Sheriff, the Clerk of Court, a magistrate, or a municipal court depending on the record. Keep the case paper nearby. A missed result in one index does not settle countywide status, and questions about personal legal steps belong with the issuing court and an attorney.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This site cannot confirm an individual warrant, recall or clear a court order, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For current status, contact the Sheriff’s Warrant Division or the court named on the case paperwork.

For non-emergency tips or law-enforcement contact, Orangeburg County Sheriff non-emergency is 803-534-3550. Call 911 for an emergency, not the warrant-information line.

Requesting a Public Record

South Carolina FOIA requests should identify the requester, describe the records with enough detail to locate them, and include the required signature and identification information. The form allows a fee estimate and a request for a waiver; the law does not create a warrant-specific fee or a guaranteed response time for every record.

Send a Sheriff record request to the Sheriff’s records custodian, not to the court. A case docket or warrant order belongs with the court that created it. Juvenile records are confidential under state law except where an exception applies. Ask the custodian about fees, redactions, and the method for receiving a copy before submitting sensitive information.

These contacts are government offices. This website does not accept official record requests or payments.
